Fried Chicken Biscuitwich

Fried. Chicken. Buttermilk. Biscuits. What more can we say?! These delightful and addictive biscuitwiches should be on your regular weekly meal rotation because they are THAT good and THAT easy. Not sure you want to fry up chicken? We have the quickest hack. Try these tonight!

What you'll need:

1 Pack GoodLove Buttermilk Biscuits

1 Bag of Perdue GF Chicken Tenders

Hot Sauce of your Choice

Pickles of your Choice

Prepared Coleslaw

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven & bake our Buttermilk Biscuits as directed; followed by your preferred frozen GF chicken tenders.

  3. While the main stars are baking, go ahead and prepare your fixings/toppings. I like to make a tangy & lightly creamy coleslaw with crunchy apples. Be sure to have your crispy pickles and fave hot sauce ready to go as well! 
  4. Once the goods are baked, it's time to assemble! The biscuits are so tender you can just pull them apart at the center. The way I like to assemble my GF chicken fried biscuit is by tossing the fried chicken (or chicken tender) in a tangy hot sauce and place that on the bottom biscuit. Then I add a few slices of dill pickles. Lastly, I top it all off with some slaw. If you're not a slaw fan, you can replace it with a yummy fry sauce or straight up mayo.
  5. That's it! Super easy, quick and satisfying.
