An Important Message from our Founders:
Hi GoodLove Family,
I’m writing this to you not just as a founder, but as someone who is deeply committed to this brand and reaching a point of total transparency with the community that sustains us.
When we appeared on TV, it was a dream come true. But I have to be honest: that immense demand quickly turned from a blessing into a detriment. We simply did not have the immediate capacity to fulfill that many orders at once. For the rest of last year, and leading into 2026, my partner and I have been stuck in a "hole" that we couldn't work our way out of, no matter how many hours we worked or how many people we hired.
The Reality of Our Struggle
We want you to know that we haven't been sitting still. We pitched tirelessly to get funding for specific equipment that would increase our production capacity and solve this bottleneck. That funding has not happened but we're still fighting. Since launching, my partner and I have worked every single day to build a product line we believe in. Because of the delays, our brand has come under heavy scrutiny. It is incredibly hurtful to read negative reviews and bad press, and even harder to face the verbal harassment we’ve received from some customers, while we are literally in the kitchen every day doing everything in our power to get orders out. And to those OG, repeat customers who have been there through it all with us, we are forever grateful!
A Critical Pivot for Survival
We have reached a point of desperation that is putting our personal lives at risk. To ensure GoodLove Foods does not fold, we’ve had to make some very difficult strategic decisions. This is a necessary step for our survival, but please hear me: we are not closing.

Conserving Finances: We are limiting the number of orders we ship each month to conserve our remaining finances. Shipping at our previous rate was putting us at risk of total closure.

Shipping Delay: We have made the decision to delay shipping any orders until the end of March. During this time, we are moving our limited production toward distribution. This transition is the only way we will be able to properly scale our funding and finally get the equipment we need to dig out of this hole.

6-Month Fulfillment: We are keeping our online orders open, even though current fulfillment is roughly 6 months out. We need this continued support to keep our operations running while we bridge this gap.

I want to be completely honest: your pre-orders have been keeping our operations alive! We will continue to keep our website open for pre-orders as we build back up our reserves through classic distribution channels. In many ways, your purchase is a "GoFundMe" for our survival. Whether you are waiting for an old order or considering a new one, your support is a vote of confidence in our future.
We are still 100% committed to shipping ALL orders in the order they were received. We sincerely hope you choose to stay on this journey with us. We know 6 months is an incredible ask, and we understand if you need to cancel, but by waiting, you are quite literally saving this business.
We have done everything we can to keep the needle moving. We are still here, we are still fighting, and we are still committed to getting these biscuits to your table.

2026 PRE-ORDER SCHEDULE
*Please note, ALL open orders require a fulfillment window of 5 to 6 months. And due to operational constraints, we must pause shipping until the end of March. We will update the below schedule as soon as we open fulfillment again.*
- Orders 13900 to 14200: Shipping in Late March
- Orders 14201 to 14400: Shipping in April
- Orders 14101 & Beyond: Will be updated in April with approximate ship dates
- More orders will be added when we Resume Shipping
What In The GF Is A PRE-ORDER?
We're so glad you asked! A Pre-Order is when you place an order BEFORE the product is manufactured. Why do we do it this way? We're a small team of two and want to ensure the freshest and highest quality of gf goodies for our customers. With the huge influx of orders we receive, our current fulfillment process for our boutique brand takes much longer than a traditional drop shipper. We manufacture all of our products by hand. Pre-orders are then shipped in the order they are received.
