Raspberry Jalapeños Canapés

👉 You’ll need:

Cream cheese

Raspberry preserves

Fresh raspberries

Fine diced jalapeños

Chopped dates.

👉 Lightly roast the jalapeños with a pinch of salt and set aside.

👉 Mix 4oz of cream cheese with the dates.

👉 Mix a few fresh raspberries with 1/4 C preserves & save the rest for a garnish.

👉 Roll out 1 sheet of our GF puff and cut into 2 inch squares or rounds, and place in a mini muffin pan (I got about 18) with a tiny bit of cooking spray.

👉Now let’s build these cuties!! Start with 1 tsp of the cream chz mixture, followed by 1 tsp of the raspberry mixture then sprinkle on those spicy jalapeños. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 for about 15 minutes. *Try* to let them cool before enjoying!
