Pre-Order Process

A Note From Our Founders:

Hello GFFs! Thank you so much for your PRE-ORDERS. Standard fulfillment is typically about 4-6 weeks but due to the insane awareness we received from our Shark Tank appearance, fulfillment may take 8 weeks or more from the date your order was placed.

Again, we manufacture all products by hand and we don't skimp on quality. Trust us when we say the wait will be worth it. Although we are scaling where we can, we are not a big company with huge amounts of inventory. 

What In The GF Is A PRE-ORDER?

We're so glad you asked! A Pre-Order is when you place an order BEFORE the product is manufactured. Why do we do it this way? We're a small team of two and want to ensure the freshest and highest quality of gf goodies for our customers. With the huge influx of orders we receive, our current fulfillment process for our boutique brand takes longer than a traditional drop shipper. All orders placed sit in a specific fulfillment group. Once it's 2 weeks out for your order group to ship, we begin the process of manufacturing your group's gf goodies by hand. We thank you for agreeing to our shipping policy by placing an order through GoodLove Foods!

Lastly, here are a few reminders:

  • We ship FROZEN! This means insulated packaging and dry ice. Because of the perishability of our products, we reserve the right to hold shipments based on external factors that may cause orders to be delayed in transit and therefore thaw. 
  • However, delays caused by shippers are completely out of our control but we are more than happy to re-ship an order 1 time. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and thawed/delayed orders cannot be canceled. If the 2nd attempt is not successful, we are happy to refund the cost of the products only. 
  • All packages are shipped in the order received! 
  • If you prefer not to wait, you are more than welcome to cancel your order using THIS FORM. Again, cancellations will only be approved if your cancel the week before your estimated shipping week.
  • If you prefer to hold your shipment for a specific date, please reply directly to your original confirmation email. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please email hello@goodlovefoods.com and reference your ORDER NUMBER.
