Peaches & Cream Napoleon

• 1 GoodLove Puff Pastry Pack (2 sheets)
• Macerated peaches OR organic canned peaches
• Whipped cream
1. Roll out and slice each puff pastry sheet into 6 squares. You’ll have 12 total. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until completely baked through, flaky, fluffy and golden.
2. Once baked, let them cool all the way. I know, it’s a struggle.
3. Next … Assemble! Place 6 puff squares on a platter and top with the peaches. Be sure to add a little of the yummy liquid. You may need to press them down a bit so that your next layer of puff doesn’t tilt.
4. Then add a generous amount of whipped cream. I used it from a can, but fresh is always best!
5. Lastly, add your puff top, then garnish with a bit more of the whipped cream and a little slice of peach. 6. Boom! You did it … now prepare to get messy as you devour it.Â
