Puff Pastry Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Mix (White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Sorghum Flour, Xanthan Gum), Butter, Filtered Water, Skim Milk Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt. Contains Dairy.
Each package includes x2 sheets (500g total), approximately 6" x 9" each and can be rolled out to double their original size.

Our puff pastry is scratch-made from the finest ingredients. We combine real butter in magical layers with our special gluten-free flour blend to create goods that are better than you remember.
Our puff pastry is frozen to ensure that all the layers stay nice 'n' flaky. The result is a GF baking experience that requires no mess but delivers full flavor and texture. We suggest thawing in your fridge before using. Sprinkle a little gluten-free flour of your choice before rolling out and then bake as directed.
