Berry & Brie Crepes

👉 Recipe: Brie & Berry Crepes

• Defrost our GF cinnamon rolls & roll out to desired thickness with gf flour

• Heat a skillet to 300 degrees and melt butter or coconut oil before adding the thin cinnamon roll

• Cook about 1 minute on each side for a pliable wrap, or for a crispier flat bread, cook longer until golden

• After flipping over, add Brie and cover for 30 seconds to melt. Top with macerated berries and then fold into the classic crepe shape

• We topped ours with our signature icing, but you do you 😘 Enjoy!!
