BISCUITS AND GRAVY

Here’s what you’ll need:

• GoodLove Biscuits

• Spicy Italian Sausage

• Fresh Diced Jalapeños

• Diced Green Onions

• 2 Cups of Stock (we used vegetable)

• 2 Tablespoons of Butter

• Corn Starch

• Fried Egg

• Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Bake up your GoodLove Biscuits

2️⃣ Saute the sausage until it starts to brown, then add your jalapeños, the whites of the green onions, and seasonings of choice.

3️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 cup of stock with 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch, depending on how thick you prefer your gravy. We like it on the thinner side.

4️⃣ Add your butter to the pan and slowly whisk in the remaining stock, making sure to get all the yummy bits from the bottom of the pan.

5️⃣ Slowly mix in the cornstarch & stock mixture. As soon as it turns bubbly and thick, it’s ready! Assemble: Split your biscuit in half, add a fried egg, then spoon the gravy all over the biscuits. Garnish with green onions and fresh cracked pepper.
