What you’ll need:

• GoodLove Buttermilk Biscuits

• Sandwich Meat, we used ham & turkey

• Swiss Cheese

• Raspberry Preserves

• Powdered Sugar for dusting

• Butter

• Pickles for garnish

Directions:

1️⃣ Bake up some of our amazing, flaky, buttery biscuits.

2️⃣ Pre-heat your panini press (or griddle) while assembling your Biscuit Cristos.

3️⃣ Layer on ham, then swiss cheese, then turkey, and one more layer of swiss cheese.

4️⃣ Spread a little butter on the tops of each biscuit and then lightly press the sandwich together.

5️⃣ When the panini press is ready, melt a little butter on the bottom, then place your Biscuit Cristos on top … Let the press do the rest!

6️⃣ As soon as you see the cheese start to bubble and melt out, and the tops are super crispy and golden, you know they’re ready.

7️⃣ To plate, cut them at a diagonal, then dust them all over with powered sugar. Don’t forget to have your raspberry jam on the side! Garnish with a few pickles for good measure and enjoy!
