Biscuit Canapés

👉 Leftover GLF biscuits? Slice ‘em up real thin and toast with just a little olive oil. From there, just let your imagination run wild! After we toasted the biscuit slices we topped them and returned to the oven just enough to soften or melt the cheeses.
Here’s what we did:
• Smoked gouda with medjool dates and drizzle of honey
• Mozzarella with a tomato and balsamic reduction topped with fresh dill
• Cream cheese with a homemade pepper/strawberry jam topped with roasted jalapeño strips
