πŸ‘‰ Roll out one of our puff sheets to about 1/8” thick. Score a small perimeter using a knife (not too deep) which will help create that puffy edge we all love, and then brush the entire thing with a bit of egg wash.

πŸ‘‰ Top with honestly whatever you feel like! Switch out the cheese to mozzarella or Gouda, or use a different protein instead of ham.

πŸ‘‰ Finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs and a dash of S&P. We used rosemary and basil. Pop on the bottom rack of a 425 oven for 12 minutes then rotate to the middle rack for another 5 or so minutes. Enjoy!!!Β
