Recipe from Becca Farner

What you'll need:

   Base:

1 GoodLove Pizza Crust

1 tbsp butter melted

Few pinches of granulated sugar

   Frosting:

4 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature, full fat)

1 1/2 tbsp butter (room temperature)

A little over 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Vanilla extract (measure with your heart, or 1/2 tbsp)

   Toppings:

Fruits of Choice (I used kiwi, blackberries, mandarin oranges, and strawberries)

Powdered sugar garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475
  2. Bring out crust, cover the the border with melted butter. Grab a few pinches of sugar, cover entire pizza in a dusting of sugar. Focus mostly on the border of the pizza.
  3. Put pizza in the over for about 12-14 minutes
  4. After the pizza is done, take it out and put it aside. (It might puff up, I pushed it down after it cooled a little bit)
  5. Get started on the frosting! Mix cream cheese and butter until combined. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla until mixed well. Put aside.
  6. Cut up all the fruit that you would like to go on the pizza.
  7. Frost the pizza crust with the cream cheese frosting. Cover the pizza with the fruit. Garnish with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
